Staffing Operations Platform

Primary Full-Stack Engineer · Core Platform (1.5+ Years)

.NET 10 Angular 16 GraphQL CQRS Testcontainers Stryker.NET Azure AI Search SQL Server

Enterprise staffing and resource orchestration platform supporting talent pipelines, automated evaluation reuse, placement lifecycle, and multi-entity financial billing.

Scope

Full-stack ecosystem spanning .NET 10 backend, Angular 16 monorepo (gtop internal & vp vendor portals), HotChocolate GraphQL, SQL Server SSDT database, Azure AI Search, Azure Blob Storage, and REST API Gateway.

Role & delivery

Primary software engineer on the core platform for ~1.5 years, collaborating directly with the project manager. Owned day-to-day architecture, feature delivery, CI/CD quality gates, release orchestration, and Application Insights production diagnostics.

Selected work

  • Designed the integration test foundation from scratch using Testcontainers (MS SQL Server 2022) and scaled the suite to 1,500+ tests, using Stryker.NET mutation testing to assess test strength.
  • Deconstructed bloated multi-thousand-line monolithic services into clean vertical-slice CQRS handlers using compile-time source-generated Mediator and thin HotChocolate GraphQL resolvers with Mapster database projections.
  • Engineered the Candidate Screening Funnel and Automated Technical Interview Reuse Engine, matching qualified scores within a 90-day rolling window across skill and title taxonomies.
  • Built full-text CV discovery and relevance scoring using Azure Blob Storage and Azure AI Search (SearchQueryType.Full) with idempotent Azure CLI/Bash infrastructure scripts.
  • Refactored and extended existing financial billing and rate-calculation components (BaseCost, Overhead, BenchPercent, FullCost), including work around cascading database-lock interactions.
  • Integrated embedded Power BI analytics with Azure AD / MSAL user-delegated authorization and maintained dedicated SQL reporting views.
  • Introduced 4-way parallel CI matrix sharding in GitHub Actions with SARIF analyzer quality gates (Roslynator, SonarQube), a headless AI code-review pipeline, and pnpm 10 monorepo tooling.
