Project case study
Enterprise Compliance Platform
Full-Stack Engineer · Six-developer team
Apr 2024 — Jan 2025An enterprise compliance and workflow platform featuring automated task generation, concurrency safeguards, and secure document access.
Scope
I worked on .NET APIs, React and TypeScript interfaces, workflow logic, permissions, document processing, Azure Blob Storage, and selected reusable UI components. The project used a shared frontend ecosystem maintained by more than one team.
Role & delivery
I worked as one of six full-stack developers in a cross-functional team alongside business analysts, a project manager, manual QA, and an automation engineer. I owned feature-level delivery across the full stack: understanding regulatory requirements, implementing backend CQRS handlers and frontend React interfaces, and delivering tested functionality through release.
Selected work
- Implemented Business Components and Funding Test validation functionality under US IRC Section 41 across data models, CQRS handlers, APIs, and React review interfaces.
- Built automated multi-level task and milestone workflows with concurrency safeguards to prevent conflicting simultaneous updates.
- Delivered secure document and RFI workflows with status state-machines, granular authorization policies, and access controls for sensitive PII payroll data.
- Contributed reusable components to the shared UI kit, including virtualized 2D MatrixTable matrices and multi-file progress indicators.
- Optimized backend performance and code health by eliminating unnecessary LINQ allocations, resolving async task bottlenecks, and strengthening domain validations.
